Adolescence is probably one of the most difficult periods in life. You suddenly realize that childhood has already ended, and the real adult life has not yet begun. During this period comes the first love, the first mistakes and difficulties, the first serious life lessons. The book 50 Days Before My Suicide, written by Stames Kramer and derived from a popular blog, is a great example of modern teenage literature.

In the book, the young writer talks about the life of a teenager, Gloria MacFinn, an ordinary girl who lives in Florida and who, like many of her peers, have to face non-child problems. Everything is piling up at once: the divorce of parents, unrequited first love, disappointment in people whom she trusted. Gloria is a calm and kind girl, she cannot cope with a load of problems, and she sees only one way out - suicide. Now she has 50 days left before the girl makes a decision: to live or die.
