« Open Laboratory » Day in « Mkhitar Sebastaci Educational Complex »

Today 26 of April, «Mkhitar Sebastaci» Educational complex has announced «Open Laboratory » day. Our day began in Mother School. Different teachers, directors of schools from different regions of Republic of Armenia were invited to our school to see how we organize our educational system.  We want to share our educational system and make other teachers see how they can organize their class,  do interesting and educational projects. We are glad to see so many guests in our school.

There were more than 130 participants, among them was minister of education and science Arayik Harutyunyan. They participated in our morning general training.

We started our morning with:

• Reading Es im Anush hayastani» poem by Eghishe Charents.
• We sang Armenian traditional songs such as «Andastan » which is the hymn of our school.
• 12 class presented their project called «Goodbye school». They presented their dance.
• Our school dance group called «Kaytser» presented armenian traditional dance called «Fisherman dance», by the way they have learned all these dances by their own.

After morning general training Mr. Bleyan showed them our school in details

 There were presented projects such as :

• » I am » — where our high school pupils talk about their years spent here and so on.
• They visited to all our school classes and saw how to present a project.
• They visited to our Chemistry and Biology Laboratories, and saw how pupils do different experiments and they also participated in that.
•  Our school also has a green house. They went there and saw our different sorts of flowers, trees and vegetables are being grown by our pupils.
• They also visited to our music hall and listened to our choir group. They presented an Armenian song called «Yana Yar». They have renewed it and presented it in a new way:
• They saw our pupils making robots. Our school give a great importance to developement of new innovations.

«Mkitar Sebastaci Educational Complex» has 8 sport groups, which of them are:

• Football
• Valleyball
• Table Tennis
• Basketball
• Fencing
• Archery
• Shooting
• Bicycling

 They visited to all these sport groups and halls.

Arayik Harutyuyan walked on the roof and checked it’s safety.

Arayik Harutyunyan and his group also visited to our potery workshop and saw beautiful figures made by our pupils.

All our guests saw our gardens which are cultivated by our pupils.

Everybody was very exited and few of them shared their first impressions of «Mkhitar Sebastaci Educational Complex».
